  Room was very modern and hotel was very clean. The prestige room had a very nice bathroom, the room was a fair size.

  The location even with a car was a pain, luckily there were enough attractions within a close drive (zoo, mall and waterfalls) that we were able occupy a couple days. The hotel did not have a restaurant or an actual bar but they did sell a couple drinks at the front desk. This came to a surprise to me that a 4 star hotel would not come with either of these. I had another hotel booked in the main area of the city which was much better since you didn't need to travel by car everywhere. If you are looking to spend your day exploring Quebec city your better off getting a hotel in the main area of the city. In review when you leave the Grand Times hotel you are left with the feeling that you just expected more from a four star hotel.

  We loved it. The hotel is decorated in modern style and very clean. Nice decoration and clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed and many small touch like small chocolates on the night table and a reading light for each bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was expecting a bit better breakfast. Has many kind of bread, spread(loved the jam), some fruites and cereal. I can see why this hotel is popular. It is worth your money. They need more tables and chair for breakfast on the lobby(too many people!). We were lucky to find a place to sit but many had to eat standing up with a coffee in one hand and a toast in another. Would be difficult with a small child. We will go back there when we are next time in town!

  Great service and atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Continental breakfast was good too.

  WiFi was weak. There were a few nights where we couldn't even connect to the network service. When we could, it was very slow.

  You will need a car to get around. But it is only 15 minutes drive to the old quebec.

  The room was simple yet very comfortable. Very clean. Comfortable matresses, nice sheets and duvet blankets. Good price and great location for the shopping center with the indoor rides and games for children. Good restaurants neaby.

  The breakfast was very simple for a continental breakfast. Not enough room for everyone to sit at a table although for a child, sitting in front of the fireplace was quote: a blast mommy!

  The breakfast arrangement was a little chaotic on our first morning and there was nowhere to sit.

  We really enjoyed our stay, wish we could have spent more time, the staff was very friendly and eager to please. We do not speak french but we found the staff able to work with our inability to speak the language. Thankyou.

  Staff was very helpful, hall and rooms very well decorated. Everything looks new and clean.

  Breakfast included is minimal with a few cereal choices, a few fruits, toasts and coffee. A few items were missing. They claim to be very eco- friendly and save the Earth by only washing towels in the bath while they only use styrofoam dishes and plastic kitchenwares.
